Booking your equipment

  1. All bookings will be agreed over the telephone.
  2. A booking confirmation email will be sent to you within twenty four hours of the booking being made.
  3. If you do not have an email account we can post confirmations to you, please note that letters can take up to one week to be delivered.

Paying For Your Equipment

  1. Payment will be made on delivery of the equipment to your chalet.
  2. Payment can be made using credit card or cash; payment in Euros or UK Pounds is accepted.

Cancelling Your Order

  1. Cancellations should be made using the cancellation form on the Grizzly web site, or via the telephone.
  2. Cancellations must be received at least forty eight hours before your booked arrival time.
  3. A cancellation email will be sent to you within twenty four hours of the cancellation being received.
  4. Failing to cancel a service that is no longer required will incur charges of twenty five percent of the total booking value.

Other Services

  1. From time-to-time Grizzly skiing may be able to offer additional equipment and services on an on ad-hock basis.
  2. All additional services are provided entirely at Grizzly's discretion.
  3. The provision of an additional ad-hock service does not set a president, and it should not be assumed that the service will be provided in the future.

Personal Information & Data Protection

  1. All personal information gained about our customers will be managed according to the laws of France, The European Union, and The UK.
  2. Grizzly does not sell or market any personal information.

Commitments & Liabilities

  1. Delivery of equipment will occur within half an hour of the time booked.
  2. If the delivery is more than one hour late, your bill will be discounted for one full day.
  3. If you have been delayed during you journey and will be arriving later than the booked time, please call to advise us, so that we can efficiently manage our schedules.
